The housekeeping standard is possibly the highest I've ever experienced.
The air conditioning in my One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite struggled to keep the room cool, and it took a while before any repair was made.

The property was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated during my stay.
Despite the cleanliness, I encountered several issues that marred my experience. The air conditioning in my One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite struggled to keep the room cool, and it took a while before any repair was made. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite repetitive, making it feel like a chore to have the same thing every morning.

the room was dark, and lighting was poor, like living in a cave. air-con failed but was fixed, I guess. one would think after all that, a complimentary bottle of wine woudl ve been appropriate, but alas, no. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.
